Please send resume to ha...@ipcs.net Role: Project Manager Duration: to June 30, 2011 with 1 year extension possible Location: Washington State *Mandatory Experience and Qualifications:* - Senior to expert level with at least five (5) years of IT experience - Attainment of PMP Certification or Certificate of Completion in a Project Management Program *Highly Desired Experience and Qualifications:* - Experience in utilizing Agile Project Management methodologies - Demonstrated strong people skills. - Detail-oriented. - Proven ability to facilitate the collection of ideas and information, assist in its analysis, and document the results – in narrative form as well as with graphics (such as Visio drawings). - Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, facilitate communication amongst team members, and to bring a group to a consensus. - Excellent PC skills, particularly in writing business documents and in creating and maintaining spreadsheets, with the ability to analyze business requirements and maintain budgets. - Strong leadership qualities, trustworthiness, reliability, and strong professional communication skills. Scheduling, risk management and communication skills are essential to the success of the project. *Additional Requirements* *Must provide Proof of Certification.** *Provide a scanned copy of any certificates indicating completion or attainment of PMP certification or Certificate of Completion in a Project Management Program issued by a recognized institution of higher learning or other generally recognized teaching firms. *Must provide **Work Samples.** *In order to best determine the quality of the Proposed Candidate’s work, samples of work are required. *The Proposed Candidate must provide written samples. *The samples must be no more than five (5) years old: - Project Status Report with schedule and budget sections - Project Charter - Test Plan for an IT Project *Must provide a Resume* not exceed 2 pages *Must provide -In two pages or less, describe a similar project* completed by the consultant.
