• Candidates must meet the minimum requirements outlined. • Minimum Requirements: (Must have Qualifications) 1. 7+ yrs experience troubleshooting Enterprise class Network and Data Center issues 2. 3+ yrs Direct Customer, in depth troubleshooting support experience in Cisco Network and Data Center technologies: a. Nexus 1k, 3k, 5k, 7k, 9k and Catalyst b. UCS 3. Cisco Certifications - minimum CCNA and/or CCNP (Preference for CCIE) 4. Excellent Customer Service Skills 5. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills 6. Proven crisis management skills 7. Strong written and verbal communication skills (Engineer to Executive levels) 8. Bachelors degree in engineering (Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering) • Desired Skills/Qualifications/System Experience requirements: (Nice to have Qualifications) 1. Knowledge of other Cisco technologies (Wireless, Security, Voice, etc) 2.
