Description:
Transition Primavera Support (Including Primavera Scheduling) from existing
vendor
Set up IT Service Management Process for Primavera support (SLA, Escalation
Plan, Communication Plan)
Generate and communicate Support Performance Reports to stakeholders
Coordinate with Customer Support teams (Network, Infrastructure, DBA,
Citrix) to resolve issues.
Understand minor enhancement requirements from Customer
Transition support and minor enhancement requirements to offshore
Interact with Project Users for creating and updating Baseline Schedules
L2 and L3 Support for P6 and PCM
Min 5 yrs experience
