*Position : Software Testing Engineer *

*Location : S**an Diego, CA ( Local only)*

*Duration : Long term (**part time position -* *20 hours the worker works
per week**)*


*Description:*



*Primary Responsibilities:*


• Review specifications and product requirements then prepare test cases
• Collaborate with Scrum Team to develop effective strategies and test
plans
• Execute test cases (manual or automated)
• Document and report defects
• Conduct integration testing and post-release testing as well as any
necessary regression testing
• Perform other essential duties as assigned to support the department

*Requirements:*


• Knowledge of *front-end web testing*
• Knowledge of *Jira* or other project management software
• Basic understanding of *JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Linux*
• Understanding of browser variations and rendering engines
• Basic database knowledge
• Experience with *executing commands / APIs*
• *Test automation* framework experience
• 1-3 year of Quality Assurance experience
