DESCRIPTION: This request is for a Senior Business Analyst with BI/DW. INSURANCE background is required for this role. Client has a multi-year EDW and Policy Administration replacement project. They are looking to increase their capacity 2-3 fold. They are establishing the program office and multiple delivery teams. CLIENT has a solid methodology and architecture but they lack business requirements gathering. SKILLS -- REQUIRED: * Business Analyst Senior Roles in a BI/DW environment * Insurance Domain * Strong facilitation and communication skills * Agile and dynamic work environment * Work with the business to assist in gathering requirements * Qualifying metrics, facts, dimensions and hierarchies * Business requirements across the program * Mentoring roles and support of 4 data analysts and 3 business analysts * Facilitate the right solution between IT and the business * Work with Senior Executives (VP level) * Work with System/data analysts to map source-to-targets and developers for prototyping SKILLS -- NICE TO HAVE: * Microsoft Analysis Services (cube technology) * Business Objects * SAS * Excel * Ability to exploit the data * Insurance (Policy, Premium, Coverage, Billing, Bureau, Statistical) * Agile methodology and dynamic work environment If you have any questions please feel free to call me.
