Should have strong exposure to Managing Customer Relationship, Defining Requirements, Managing Team Relationship, Requirement Gathering, Training (including Creating Training Materials). Should have technical experience of writing queries and fixing stored procedures in SQL or Oracle environment. Should ahve technical experience in QSI with prior experience in QSI Break/Fix, QSI Enhancements Development, QSI Implementations, Requirement Gathering, Vendor Relationships including Licensing, QSI software installation, QSI software configuration.
