Please note: qualified candidate must have at least 12+ years of experience as described below. *Client: NYC DoITT, Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications, Brooklyn, NYStart: Mid October, 6 month project with possible extension(s)C2C rate = $95-$103 per hour, 35 billable hours per weekMandatory in person interview (one round)* *Resumes due by Friday 09-21* *Job Description:* UNIVERSAL Technologies is hiring an AWS/Azure Cloud Engineer to assist in the deployment of a large-scale government content management system for our client in Brooklyn, NY. *Responsibilities:* - Integration of AWS/Azure cloud services with on premise technologies from Microsoft, IBM. - Collaborate with vendor and project manager(s) on best practices for cloud infrastructure design and implementation. - Generate test plans that conform to application and user requirements. - Participate in Build and Deploy phases of the Software development life cycle (SDLC). - Develop scripts for Infrastructure automation through DevOps. - Manage Linux and Windows-based systems in a Cloud or Virtualized environment. - Build highly-available and fault-tolerant enterprise and web-scale software deployments. *Mandatory Skills/Experience:* - *At least 12 years of experience in implementation and automation of technical infrastructure.
