Job Description: Minimum of 6-8 years of solid hands on experience with Salesforce.com Requires a B.A./B.S. in Computer Science, Business Administration or other relevant field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of Client facing and project management experience Motivated, self-starter, independent, results oriented and professional Strong Analytical & Problem Solving Skills Excellent understanding of Accounting and Finance Excellent understanding of marketing, sales & ops related technologies and process Experience in supporting 24x7 mission critical applications Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, including the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and deadlines Basic knowledge of Salesforce system architecture, UI design/implementation, and system capabilities, this includes an understanding of how external data is utilized in the Salesforce instance and what data this encompasses Understanding of case management, user management, system environment, testing management and implementation best practices. This understanding should translate into ensuring all UO data and process governance.
