The person must have excellent communication skills as he will rely heavily on them in this area. · **Hands on experience in Solution Architecture. Able to bring Best practices to the table. Able to deliver project with All deliverables fitting into an Agile Business rule development. **· **2. Good knowledge in Manufacturing Domain. **· **3. Rich experience in Business process modeling (UML modeling) and able to extract Rules. **· **4. Good Hands on experience in IBM ILOG Jrules **· **Rule Studio (RS) : Help setup project structure **· **Rule Team server (RTS) : Help setup Governance **· **Rule Execution Server (RES) **· **Decision Validation Services (DVS) **· **Scenario Service Provider (SSP) : Able to setup Test scenarios and transfer knowledge to business domain users **· **5. Good knowledge in WebSphere Administration and Rule Execution server configuration. **· **6. Rich experience with Java, J2EE and web technologies. **· **7.
