*Roles & Responsibilities*
· Experience in coaching teams on Kanban principles and practices
· Experience in building and managing visible displays
· Experience as a Scrum Master with distributed teams for at least 3
years
· Exhibits Lean-Agile leadership and mindset, and helps team embrace
Agile principles and implement practices
· Supports building quality in by understanding DevOps and CICD
Principles. I.e Security, SOX, compliance and regulatory included upfront
and 3 Ways (Know the System, Continuous Feedback and Experimentation)
· Willingness to challenge the status quo, while focusing on
delivering the iteration goals and the program increment objectives
· Facilitates agile meetings at set cadence, where the team members
and shared services collaborates and communicates and emerges as a
self-organized team
· Collaborates well with the other Scrum Masters, System Team and
Product Owners in delivering value
· Supports the Product Owner to prioritize scope and work well with
the team
*Generic Managerial Skills*
Experience in actively managing and resolving risks and blockers to improve
team performance in meeting the goals.
