[Coworking] Re: Coworking Business Plan
I go there, but can't find any postings of business plans. I really appreciate any help here, as I think very highly of you who have gone before! And the fact that you are willing to share is awesome Nancy -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups Coworking group. Re: [Coworking] Paris to San Francisco : which coworking space to visit to get inspired ?!
Maeva Well your short list in SF should include: NextSpace (Rebecca), Sandbox Suites (Sasha), the Hub (Eugene), Citizen Space (Toby), RocketSpace (Duncan) and Rezerv.it (Hasan). And your trip wouldn't be complete without poking into any one of the Blue Bottle Coffee locations, as well as The Summit and Four Barrel Coffee. Enjoy - there is much to see! [Coworking] Re: Coworking Business Plan
Love to see the plan, but clicking this link: http://groups.google.ca/group/coworking/files Kicks me right back to the start of the google coworking group. Now, I'm not 100% interwebz savvy, but that doesn't seem to compute... -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups Coworking group. Re: [Coworking] Re: Coworking Business Plan
Google is getting rid of the files section on groups. It's kind of an awkward time right now for groups but they say it's getting better! I talked to the product manager for the team and he had all sorts of things they are excited about. Re: [Coworking] Re: Shared Software Use in Spaces
I see what you're trying to suggest: people could store their work stuff on cloud,, even if just temporarily and then use the workstation for the software right? Certainly sounds like a nice addition, but that would hardly become someone's top reason to choose a coworking space over another. Surely a nice extra, but still one that should end up being dictated/asked by the community more than anything. On 5/24/11, Steve smydlow...@gmail.com wrote: Hi Angel, I appreciate the feedback. With the many options in cloud storage synchronization, there may be an opportunity for that amenity if the need arises from the members. Thanks! [Coworking] Non-Disparagement clauses in membership agreements
Hi everyone, I'm from The Bourse in New Haven, CT. We've had some questions from prospective members about a non-disparagement clause in our member agreement, which reads as follows: * * *114. Non-Disparagement.* You shall, during and after the participation in and use of the Services, refrain from making any statements or comments of a defamatory or disparaging nature to any third party regarding The Bourse, or any of The Bourse officers, directors, employees, personnel, agents, policies, services or products, other than to comply with law. We've noticed that this is a common clause in many coworking member agreements, of which we modeled ours after. I was wondering if anyone in this group had any thoughts on why you decided to include/exclude this clause. Has anyone else faced similar inquiries or resistance to signing off with such a clause in their agreements? Re: [Coworking] Non-Disparagement clauses in membership agreements
wow, I'm surprised this clause is used. It'd be like using ATT and now allowing to openly criticize its cel coverage. We don't use this clause at all!
