How would the open source work in coworking? I would like to hear more.

We currently have a membership business model through Cobot and offer two
conference room rental options as well. What do you need for the graduate
work?

[Coworking] Re: Open Source Business Plan for Coworking Space

2013-11-27 Thread Cristina Santamarina
Hi all,
Nice! There's already a page about business plans and some templates in the
coworking wiki - http://wiki.coworking.com/w/page/16583286/Business%20Plans
Feel free to add info or edit what is there already.
Cheers,

[Coworking] Re: Open Source Business Plan for Coworking Space

2013-11-27 Thread Tom Dixon
Hi Kevin,

Do let me know when you get your first draft online... we have been
building and co-ordinating a network of independently owned and operated
coworking spaces in Devon, UK, and although we have not opensourced the
business plans (as they are not ours to opensource) we have been publishing
resources such as design and marketing toolkits with creative commons
licenses - available at http://www.devonworkhubs.co.uk/

Right now we are trying to get a fablab off the ground with a
collaborative, opensource approach, as ever the challenge is the revenue
side of things, but everything to date is on
http://www.linkedin.com/groups?gid=6523124 - you would be welcome to get
involved in the process if you wished?

Best wishes,

Tom
