Re: [Coworking] Abridged summary of coworking@googlegroups.com - 6 updates in 4 topics

2014-04-03 Thread Becky H Smith, Ed.D.
Jerome,
Thank you!!! I did them a favor as growing nonprofit originally and they
only had two people. They chose VIP membership to rent a desk. Then last
year, they moved into one office I had available. They have had a good
deal and I agree, we are charging too little. In moving forward, I wanted
to make sure my offer to them is based on market rates, accurate square
feet, and a formula that is recognized in the industry. I am reconfiguring
and hope to have this wrapped up by Monday. Really appreciate your sharing
what you use. Becky :-)

[Coworking] CRM Tool for Coworking

2014-04-03 Thread Ender Baykal
Hello all!

I know we already have a related topic in this group about CRM, but since
our case is different, I'd like to open a new one and discuss it here.

What we use at Indiegrove as a community management tool is Nexudus. We are
very happy so far with Nexudus; it handles all the payments, invoices, data
management of members, check-ins, bookings. It is also good for our members
to interact each other since Nexudus has a home page designed to post
anything that our members want. In addition to Nexudus, we use Mailchimp
for email marketing.

In terms of CRM, we would be able to do, manage two things:

1. Manage all prospect customers' data (we currently keep their data as
spreadsheet, Nexudus, Mailchimp), so it'd be great if we find a CRM Tool
which is able to integrate these platforms we already have.

2. Manage communication via email between us (Indiegrove staffs) as well as
between us and the community.

Some other factors play an important role while we are making a decision:

- It should be easy to export the data from the CRM tool down the road if
we decide to not continue to use it.
- Nowadays, everything is online and we prefer Online tools not any
softwares or etc.

Thanks,

[Coworking] Re: Who's tracking their membership churn?

2014-04-03 Thread Alex Linsker
I have a google spreadsheet with equations that tracks the start and end date
etc.

What themes have ya'll noticed with how to get members to stay longer? and what
gets members to quit in groups?

[Coworking] Re: Who's tracking their membership churn?

2014-04-03 Thread Cristina Santamarina
We do have churns and lifetime reports on Cobot :

A) Members leaving: We show how many members leave each month, and you can
jump to past months easily to see how they went:

B) Lifetime average is shown for each month - so it is also easy to see how
this changes over time.

Hope this helps!
