[Coworking] Re: Slack for Coworking

2015-10-01 Thread Adolfo Taylhardat
Hi all,
We are TamboWorks a Miami based corworking that opened a month ago. We have
been using slack as a collaboration tool for admin purposes. We are not
clear yet how to implement it for members as we have not yet mastered the
tool but we are moving in that direction, So any recommendation is more
than welcome.

[Coworking] Re: Locks! (Smart and not-so-smart.)

2015-10-27 Thread Adolfo Taylhardat
Thank you Jacob.
Very valuable insights and I agree with Jerome as to try to limit to just
one door per floor.
We opened TamboWorks a month ago and are still playing with the options.
We like Kisi very much as it integrates with our Nexudus system but the
monthly fee makes it very expensive overall.
Looking at all possible options.
Best.

[Coworking] Re: Amenities Offered - Feedback

2015-12-15 Thread Adolfo Taylhardat
Hi Farhan,
When we started we had in mind offering many amenities but after a couple
of months we see that our members do not really value / use them . See my
comments on your text.
My answer is that your choices need to be aligned with. 1. your value
proposition 2. Client segement/profile 3. Number of members.
Best.

[Coworking] Re: Any Feedback from People Who Use Nexudus Coworking Software?

2016-07-18 Thread Adolfo Taylhardat
Hello everyone,
I am Adolfo from TamboWorks in Miami.
We have been using for over a year.
Our evaluation of the tool:
it provides everything that you need and more in terms of space management,
member management and admin support.
user interface is far from great. not easy to get around and find / setup
the things you need. This UI limitation is compensated by an excellent user
support. Carlos is always there to help.
I would say that we only use 30% of the resources provided by the system
The newly released mobile app is a great tool for members and resource
reservations.
We recenty reviewed other coworking software but decided to stick to
Nexudus and do an effort to better understand the tool

Best.
