Thank you!
I like this approach very much and will do it likewise at our space.
Just today we unfortunately had someone ruining one of the toilets.
Toiletpaper and splashes of water and urin all over the floor. I don't
know what's sometimes up in the mind of people doing this. Therefore I
hope it will help if they know who is the person that has to clean up
their mess.

Sure. These are separate single user rooms, each with a toilet and a

If you know of a very light touch meeting room booking software that

A full blown CRM / room booking/event suite/coworking software package

Re: [Coworking] Foursquare classification

Hi Nic,

Nic schrieb:

If you've attempted to claim your venue on Foursquare and were unable to do so,
it's possible that your place has been already (and properly) classified as a
coworking space which falls under the corporate/office category and thus can't

I've been in touch with a Forsquare staff member and she was very helpful in
changing categories and letting me claim Cobb Exchange. She agreed that it
would be a good idea to re-classify coworking spaces and asked me for some
information to help her make the case to the rest of the team. I pointed her to
the wiki, but I'm not sure whether she'll find everything she needs. If you'd
like to see this change happen and wouldn't mind helping a bit I'll put you in
touch with her.

I tried to claim our space (Coworking0711) too and found the same
problem, that this category couldn't be claimed. So I just changed the
category to Services and claimed my space. Anyway I have never received
any feedback from foursquare. If you could arrange a contact to the
staff member I would be thankful.

my name is Harald. I am working as freelance webdeveloper since about 5

Since I want to leave homeoffice and heard a lot about Coworking and
Coworking-Spaces I am planning to establish a Coworking-Place in
Stuttgart. I started with a blog, Twitter and Community and hope to find
some more interested people who share the idea.

http://coworking0711.wordpress.com
http://twitter.com/coworking0711
http://coworking0711.mixxt.de

We're just at the beginning. There is no businessplan made yet, nor is
there a location. But i hope we reach the goal within one year.

Coworking is a trending topic in Germany right now. There are
initiatives in almost every larger city like Munich, Frankfurt, Leipzig,
Dresden (and probably others as well).

I looking forward to having interesting discussions and gather some
input from experienced coworkers :)
