Hi, I'm Daniel Klotz. I'm part of a team of people in Lancaster, PA who met through The Creative House of Lancaster (http:// www.thechl.org), a new and local networking group for all creative types. We are working out the details on a lease of an incredible building in downtown Lancaster--the original powerplant, now beautifully rehabbed--which will house not only a variety of coworking spaces for 25+ individuals, but also a large coffee shop and separate performance venue.
