[Coworking] Selling a space?

2018-05-09 Thread hello
Has anyone had experience with selling a location? I have a creative
co-working space with two locations, I'm considering selling one (maybe
two). It just feels so complicated since it already has membership
established.

Has anyone sold? TIA!

Hi Tony,

We would like to join the pilot of Coworking Visa platform. Is there an
instruction on how to sign up?

Best,

[Coworking] Where to look to sell your coworking space or look for investors (South Africa)

2017-05-09 Thread hello
Hi

I own and manage a coworking business in Johannesburg which has been
trading for 2 years and has built up a solid brand and reputation. I am
currently looking at a few options going forward. 1. Selling the brand and
the business model built up over the last 2 years. 2. Getting
investors/partners involved to help expand and grow the brand and business.
There is also the option to currently buy the building I am renting and get
into property development and coworking as a whole in the area and thus
landlord buys into business or takes it over?

Where does one go looking for these such investors or interested parties?

Thanks in advance

Re: [Coworking] Mailbox Agreement

2017-04-12 Thread hello
How did you go about becoming a mail services business with the USPS? I'm
not sure what to even search for on the USPS site?
Thanks!
