[Coworking] Re: Choosing a location based on need or viability?

2010-01-26 Thread Angel
I chose my location after asking the community where it should be
located. When they all said "Old Town" in unison, it made the
decision pretty easy. I have opted for a very small space to start
out and the deal maker for me is that the location is powered by 100%
green energy, has a 40 foot long skylite running down the middle, has
a funky loft area, kitchenette, bathroom/shower (for our bike riders)
is right off the bus line, walkable to coffee and restaurants, outdoor
patio and it goes on and on. You'll know it when you see it, don't
let the size of your project get out of hand. If you ever feel like
"I can't get my arms/head around this anymore" you might want to
consider looking at a smaller venue.
