Re: [Coworking] NJ Coworking opening March 1, 2010

2010-01-17 Thread WHERE MMM
Hi Steve and congrads on opening Converge!

I don't know if you have been in the group for a while or not but my name is
Danielle Nicoli from WHERE: Meet, Mix, Mogul in Los Angeles.

Jerome from Blackspaces and I are the two 'long-timers' here in LA, CA.

While my members prefer writing checks for their business accounts I know
Jerome has an amazing system that he can tell you about...

Big congrats Steve! NWC will be organizing a field trip out to visit you
guys and celebrate.

Regarding the system/management needs, we've gotten by for over a year now
on Google Spreadsheet / PayPal type things, which of course entail a lot of
constraints, but have allowed us to operate lightweight and get up and
running quickly. Up to you where the balance is.

2010-01-18 Thread Araceli Camargo-Kilpatrick
we are 4 months in and good old fashioned spreadsheets have held us up
nicely. we use a sign in system, which we put on a spread sheet, for meeting
rooms we have a paper diary, allowing us to change it quickly. we want to
create an online system, but the time/money to install does warrant it yet.
