Hi Chris,
Weekends are particularly bad at the moment, as all the backups are
running. I'm looking at getting a second disk, as this will relieve the
disk I/O, but also this weekend I was doing some clean-ups of related
databases, to help make them a bit more responsive. Hopefully, the site is
back on track again now.
