[CREATE] Feedback form

We added a Feedback form on the LGM website for participants of previous
editions of LGM.
This can help to create a good press-kit, and tell the world how LGM can
be useful.

[CREATE] Fwd: Call for proposals is now open

Hi,

just today, thanks to Greg's advice that I should send the "Feedback
form" mail to the create list,
I noticed that I also completely forgot to send the "Call for proposals"
mail to that list, and only sent it to the libre-graphics-meeting list.

So here is a copy of the announcement. The deadline for proposals is
February 17th, so only a few days left, but we will probably extend it
to end of this month if people need more time to submit their proposals.
