Or we can update the existing page (it is a wiki, after all).

I've taken a pass at updating the page. Feel free to update it as
you find inaccuracies. It'd be nice to get, for example, some
Windows-specific instructions if you're into that sort of thing.

FWIW, one of the things that I plan to support moving forward is
website creation/management through the Drupal system we're using to
run the PMI. 

If you have questions, let me know.
