For n4js we are also suffering from this problem.
marcus.mews(at)numberfour.eu cannot log in at
- bugzilla
- n4js jenkins
- gerrit.

Project did work, though.

availability.  We've cut over to our standby and are restarting services as
required to bring everything back up.
