Subject: [Crosswalk-dev] PSA: Crosswalk master is now tracking Chromium 44

 Hi everyone,

Thanks to the efforts of several people, we have finally moved Crosswalk
15 (master) to Chromium 44.0.2403.30, the latest beta Linux release. It will
 appear in our next canary.

Crosswalk canary (15.44.361.0) now supports Computed Property Names (ES6),
which was enabled by default by Chromium 44, as per the upstream sample at
https://googlechrome.github.io/samples/computed-properties-es6/index.html

It also supports Document.scrollingElement attribute.

Thanks,
Zhiqiang

2015-06-10 Thread Raphael Kubo da Costa
Hi everyone,

Thanks to the efforts of several people, we have finally moved Crosswalk
15 (master) to Chromium 44.0.2403.30, the latest beta Linux release. It
will appear in our next canary.

Things to note for now:
- SIMD.js support is still not working and will be re-enabled in the
  next few days.
- Support for ICS (Android 4.0.x) devices has been temporarily removed
because Chromium itself has done the same. We are evaluating our
options and might reintroduce support for ICS soon (definitely before
  branching Crosswalk 15 to beta).

As usual, things get a bit rough in the first days after we move to a
new Chromium milestone. Please make sure you report any bugs you
encounter so we can get everything back on track as soon as possible.

Happy hacking.
