[css-d] How to stop text from wordwrapping.

2007-05-10 Thread jana coyle
This has been driving me nuts. If you make the browser window small (less than
half of the screen) the header text will wordwrap. If there are no spaces
between characters then the text stays put. I have add "_" and change the color
to match the background color. Is there any other way to make the text just
stay put, short of making the header an image.

Here is a link to an example.
http://www.precisemessenger.com/private/header.html

Thanks,
Kevin

[css-d] Popups and script blocker in IE7

I am developing a site using a client side shopping cart. It requires cookies
to be enabled and uses some Javascript. IE7 blocks the cart when it pops up
and also blocks the script associated with the cart. Is there anything I can
do about this?

Thanks,

What I am looking for is to have image#1 and image#2 horizontally next to each
other
on the same line. I want the mouse over large image 1 to overlap both image 1
and
image 2 without displacing them.

Thank you all for all the help you have given already!

I have two different color images in my site. When I click on either image it
changes the color of the main image. This works great. I would also like to
have the names of the colors of the images centered above each image and have
the names of the images also change the color of the main image when clicked.
So far I have been unsuccessful, any help would be great. Here is my site

[css-d] Layout issues

2007-05-28 Thread jana coyle
Here is my site http://www.precisemessenger.com/private/help4.html
I have a problem with getting text to align where I want it.
On the top of the page The links Home, About Us and Contact are not centered
inbetween the lines.

The select a size form and add to cart are not centered under the price $2.95

Image description is not centered under the square image 1 and the spaces
between image description, product photos(click here), available colors and the
color squares are to far apart.

I have been trying for two days to work these problems out.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Kevin

[css-d] Same code different results

2007-07-30 Thread jana coyle
I have a container setup for placing orders, as seen in the following link.
http://precisemessenger.com/private/orderbox.html
Notice line 1. has both radio buttons on the same line. This is what I am

Unfortunately when I implement this container into my page, extra space is
added and the radio buttons are on two lines. Here is a link to see what I
mean http://precisemessenger.com/private/placeorder.html

Please help me find what I am doing wrong.
