[css-d] Need help and advice
I was recently admonished for the following:I'm writing you offlist to request a change in your quoting policy. The practice of quoting most (or all) of a message unnecessarily inflates message sizes, and drives up traffic as well as makes life more difficult for digest readers. I am sorry! If a knew a better (more correct way) of responding I would be most happy to follow those guidelines. When I attempted to respond to the writer, The server refused to send my response. Very frustrating! I am looking for help here.
