On a very fast internet connection (100Mbps fiber):
there is still a very brief flash before the page is rendered on the
no-fouc page.
It is much less obvious then on the fouc page.
Tested with the latest Safari release build (2.03) on OS X 10.4.5.
Note that the problem is not present on nightly WebKit builds.
