Impossible to distinguish by certain types of color blind people,

I would also get rid of the red/green combination in the menu, it hurts
the eyes. 

Another small detail; maybe it's just me, but the text seems
hard/unpleasant to read at times because it's tightly packed, I don't
have a better way to describe it.

It seems to do fairly well cross-browser, except for a missing header on 
at least one page in IE/6.0. It is right on-target, and very consistent, 
with the overwhelming majority of sites on the Web: the primary content 
text is teeny-tiny. BTW, red on green may be difficult for some users, too.
