[css-d] safaritest page check

This is interesting, thought provoking.  I tested one of my sites that 
uses the Eric Meyer drop-down menu with the csshover.htc file - the menu 
works perfectly in IE and Firefox - however using this test form it 
breaks.  I've not gotten any complaints, perhaps none of the users run 
Safari.  Can someone do a sanity check for me on the menu on the site,
