Opera 10.5 and Safari 5/Chrome 5 already support the CSS3 syntax (not vendor 
prefix). Firefox.next will almost certainly also support that syntax. I suspect 
IE 9 preview also support the vendor-prefix-less syntax (but I've no idea).

Yes IE9 will support the CSS3 syntax.  The first preview blog provided the 
syntax here:
