   (\rmfamily is overwritten by \setmainfont, etc.)
 * jfm-ujis.lua, jfm-ujisv.lua: new character class for '゠' and '–'
 * ltjsclasses: added ltjsreport.cls
 * ltjsclasses: fixed the scaling patch to NFSS
 * ltjclasses: added openleft option

By default, LuaTeX-ja places footnotes as the LaTeX2e kernel does.
 * To place footnotes always at the bottom of a \raggedbottom page
   (as \pLaTeX), one can use \fnfixbottomtrue, which is introduced
   in this version of LuaTeX-ja.
 * To put footnotes below the bottom floats (as pLaTeX), 
   one can use the stfloats package.
 * ltjclasses and ltjsclasses always executes
 \fnfixbottomtrue\RequirePackage{stfloats}\fnbelowfloat
   for compatibility with jclasses and jsclasses.
