 2018-01-25 Norbert Preining 
  Change the name of the main font from tgothN to tgothrN
  to avoid name clash with Japanese TeX engines which also
  use tgoth.

  This change will break old dvi files, as well as old plain
  TeX files that explicitely ask for the font tgoth10 (etc).
  LaTeX files that use the style file interface are not
  concerned.

  Please direct complaints and suggestions concerning this change
  to Norbert Preining.
