Karl Rove, the political sorcerer who is called turd blossom by his political master George W. Bush has his nasty fingerprints all over the 2004 Election in a scam that can best be called Grand Theft Election.

There was something very wrong in Ohio, which Bush claims he won handily. Not only had the head of computer voting machine maker Diebold and Ohio's Republican establishment of Governor Bob Taft and Secretary of State Kenneth Blackwell conspired to suppress registration and voter turnout in heavily Democratic precincts but the Ohio Secretary of State web site was only reporting results from 9 counties as of 11:30 AM on November 3, just three hours before John Kerry conceded the election to Bush. Totaling the results from the 9 counties (Fayette, Fairfield, Geauga, Jefferson, Portage, Mahoning, Trumbull, Richland, and Washington), John Kerry was clearly ahead. A 10th county, Columbiana, suspiciously showed up as NO RESULTS.

The totals from the 8 Ohio counties reported on the Secretary of State web site were:

BUSH 267,771
KERRY 294, 648
There has to be a way for those of us who voted for Kerry and Edwards to sue Diebold Chief Executive Walden O'Dell and Diebold board member W.R. Timken for conspiring to deliver Ohio's electoral votes to Bush. O'Dell and Timken are also top fundraisers for Bush, so-called Pioneers. O'Dell told the Cleveland PLain Dealer in 2003 that he was committed to helping Ohio deliver its electoral votes to the president next year.

The fact that Diebold machines were used in the Ohio rip-off should make O'Dell and Timken the subjects of criminal investigations. Of course, that will not happen in a GOP vassal state like Ohio. But why not a civil suit by those of us nationwide who voted for Kerry and had our presidency stolen from us as a result of racketeering and corrupt practices by a cabal of Republicans and fat cat corporate types? In a civil suit, through the process of discovery, O'Dell's and Timken's e-mails, letters, and other records could be ordered open by a judge. They could also be deposed as witnesses before plaintiffs' attorneys.

Then there were the strange hiccups with the official election web sites reporting results in states and counties across the nation.

During the morning of November 3, attempts to access the Pinellas County, Florida Election web site http://www.co.pinellas.fl.us/soe were met with the following:

The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

At 11:52 am on November 3, the St. Lucie County, Florida election web site showed no returns, long after the polls closed:

Election results will appear shortly.
Attempts to access Miami-Dade County's election web site during the morning of November 3 were similarly unsuccessful.

On the Florida Secretary of State web site there appeared some verbage about a link to the Marion County election web site. But there was no link. Ditto the same for Nassau County, a county that saw widespread voter intimidation and suppression of African-American votes in 2000.

Indian River County, Florida election results were also of interest and indicated fraud:

Registered voters as of October 4, 2004, included Republican: 41,866; Democratic: 24,515 ; Independent: 15,262. Votes on Nov 2 were Bush: 36,744; Kerry: 23,850

There were less than 1 percent for the third party candidates. We were told Independents were breaking for Kerry. Even if 23, 850 for Kerry included a majority of the Independents and even a few moderate Republicans, the results from Indian River don't indicate that.

In pivotal New Mexico, by mid morning on Nvomber 3, the state election web site was missing several returns from areas with large Native American populations: Cibola and San Miguel Counties were missing in addition to 1 precinct in Dona Ana County with the following close returns listed:
Bush: 26 072 Kerry: 25,608

1 precinct in McKinley County with the following returns listed:
Bush 7132 Kerry: 12,725

1 precinct in Sandoval County with the following close returns listed:
Bush: 22,482 Kerry: 21,215

15 precincts in Socorro County with the following close returns listed:

with 2 billion.
If mass consciousness really works, then we may have to consider that all
these doomsday people we love hearing on Coast to Coast might actually be
members of these secret societies.  All this sure brings more meaning to
the term light warriors.  Light warriors are likely here to think happy
thoughts and not dwell on the dark future promoted by doomsday thinkers
on paranormal radio shows because it plays into the hands of those who
want us gone.

Little evidence of masonic links to Birmingham Six case

Police forces in England and Wales have been accused of being too slow in
setting up registers for staff to declare if they are freemasons.
The government says people working in the criminal justice system should
state in voluntary registers whether they are masons.

But the Commons Home Affairs Committee has said it is disappointed at the
number who've complied.

The chairman of the committee said that legislation may be needed to require
members of the criminal justice system to reveal if they are freemasons.



The BBC's Jon Silverman: 41% of Crown Prosecution Service staff failed to
respond when asked about masonic membership
When asked by the BBC if new laws were needed on disclosure chairman Chris
Mullin, said: They'll have to be if anything is going to change.

The MP was speaking after the Home Affairs Committee published its reports
into the influence of freemasons on public life.

Mr Mullin said voluntary registration of membership was failing due to foot
dragging within some branches of the legal system.



Chris Mullin: Laws are needed
But he said his report had found little evidence that freemasons were
responsible for miscarriages of justice.

The excessive paranoia over freemasons has only exacerbated the situation -
as far as justice is concerned it is important that it is done, and that it
is seen to be done.

The public's faith in this, he said, could be undermined by the presence of a
secret society at the heart of the criminal justice system.

Paul Whitehouse of the Association of Chief Police Officers denied police
forces were unwilling to co-operate.

He said there was concern within the force over who would have access to the
information once it was disclosed.

In its report, the Commons committee expressed disappointment at the slow
progress of moves to make members of the police and judiciary declare whether
they are masons.

It said: Such persons should not be allowed to exempt themselves entirely
from the process simply by declining to co-operate.



Up to 10% of judges could be masons
Out of the professional magistrates and judges asked to declare whether they
were members, more than 5% either refused to say or failed to reply to the
request.

Among lay magistrates, more than 14% did not answer the question.

The report said on figures given, up to 20% of lay magistrates could be
masons and up to 10% of judges and professional magistrates.

But it said it had found no evidence of masonic links to miscarriages of
justice.

In the case of the disbanded West Midlands Serious Crime Squad, the report
concluded that freemasonry was not a primary cause of the squad's problems
although we cannot entirely exclude the possibility that it may have been a
contributory factor.

The Grand Lodge confirmed that eight masons had belonged to the squad, two of
whom had featured in allegations of corruption although they had never been
charged or disciplined.

Another eight masons and a very high-ranking former mason were identified as
being involved in the Birmingham pub bombings investigation, which led to one
of the country's worst miscarriages of justice.



The report is a vindication say masons
Although masonic influence was ruled out as a factor involving police
officers, it could have been a factor in the close and unprofessional
relationship between a forensic scientist and police.

But the report concludes it was unlikely to be a significant factor in the
miscarriage of justice.

Links were also investigated between freemasonry and the Stalker affair, in
which Deputy Chief Constable of Manchester, John Stalker, was removed from
heading an inquiry into whether security forces in Northern Ireland were
shooting to kill.

Two out of seven high-ranking police officers involved in the affair were or
had been masons.

The report concluded that on the basis on information supplied, it could not
conclude freemasonry played a significant part, nor rule it out completely.

The report has been welcomed by the United Grand Lodge of England, which
claimed it was a vindication.

Mary Clossey's children see no American flags at school to remind
them that it is their safety that young men are risking their lives
to defend. Rather, her daughter and other pupils are filed into an
auditorium to hear a speaker liken the U.S. military to terrorists.

For years the Newton, Mass., public schools have blithely violated a
Massachusetts law that the flag be on display in every classroom. On
the other hand, there are many flags on display if you count rainbow
flags that symbolize a gay-friendly environment.

When Clossey enrolled her son in Newton North High School's reading
program little did she know that the teacher had bragged in the
Boston Globe (July 8, 2001) of quietly introducing homosexual and
transsexual subjects into his classes. The teacher, Michael Kozuch,
handed out The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky with
instructions to write an essay on it. What literary treats did
Kozuch consider mandatory for other people's children? Sex between a
boy and a dog, man-boy sex, anal sex between boys, male masturbation
and female masturbation with a hot dog. By chance Clossey opened the
book her son brought home. But what came after that shock was worse:
She encountered public officials who saw protective parents as
obstacles.

Clossey called her mayor. He never called back. Calling school
officials, she says she encountered arrogant disrespect for
parents. So she filed a criminal complaint against the teacher for
corrupting a minor. Even Boston's hard-line pro-homosexuality
newspapers and TV stations couldn't sit on this. But the complaint
went nowhere. It emerged that Kozuch was not acting alone. The book
was on a reading list given to every student. Urged by other furious
parents, Clossey went to the local prosecutor. But the receptionist
had been warned to expect her, according to Clossey. She waited and
waited, but was not allowed to speak to her district attorney.

After parents discovered the book, Newton North High School educators
removed it from class discussion but refused to remove it from the
reading list. Alert parents already knew the high-school language
department, on one pretext or another, had showed Ma Vie en Rose, an
R-rated film about a homosexual child. Pupils learned how Ludo
enjoys being a girl. Borrowing mommy's red high heels, her lipstick,
her earrings … yummy! Trouble is, 7-year-old Ludo is a boy, even if
he is pretty in pink.

Freshmen learn about masturbation and sodomy in a required course
that uses street language, as if proper vocabulary would ruin the
educational experience. A large mural in a corridor depicts two girls
holding hands, reading something called Romea and Juliet.

Is Newton a rogue town? In nearby Brookline a transsexual told first-
graders how his penis was cut off and he became a woman. With no

It's time to get this off my chest On November 26th, Larry King hosted US
Secretary of State Colin Powell for a wide-ranging discussion of the War on
Terrorism. It was an excellent performance by General Powell who deftly
maneuvered through the maze of King's land mines. A long time commentator,
anchor and moderator of FACE THE NATION, CBS News chief Washington
correspondent, Bob Schieffer, followed General Powell. It was the latter
interview that prompts this essay. Messieurs King and Schieffer were involved
in a dialogue about how the American people are reacting to the War on
Terrorism.

SCHIEFFER: ... it's a story on two fronts, but it's a story that we not only
are covering, it's a story that we know whose side we're on here. This is not
covering Vietnam, where there's a big debate over whether American troops
ought to be sent off to some country that none of us had ever heard of before
the troops went there. To help people, form a democracy, or whatever it was
we were trying to do. ...And I'm still not sure we really know.

SCHIEFFER: This (ed. note, the attack on America) is something where these
are our people. These were Americans, innocent Americans, women and children.
I now know two people who died.

KING: Do you?

SCHIEFFER: As a result of this. And I mean, this is something we were all
involved in. So this is different.

Ah, yes. How marvelously arrogant and blissfully ignorant, THIS IS
DIFFERENT.

With that pile of bovine scatology, scar covered wounds that have been slow
healing for decades were reopened as with a rusty knife. The wounds came, not
just from the 500 missions this writer flew, not only from being shot down,
and not even from enduring the capture or loss of close friends. The lasting
wounds came from serving the interest of a nation whose political,
educational, entertainment, and spiritual leaders understood pathetic little
of the reasons for US involvement, and could have cared less about the men
and women who served there.

The scars came from protecting the broad interests of a generation that did
not deserve it, and who to this day are so arrogant and ignorant as to
believe that they were righteous in their opposition to the Vietnam War. It
is this writer's assertion that it was the United States' action in Vietnam,
in conjunction with the brilliant geopolitical skills of Richard Milhous
Nixon notwithstanding his lack of other virtues, that rendered the first body
blow to the Soviet Union, thus stemming its quest for world domination and
resulted in its eventual collapse both as an economic system and
totalitarian, evil empire and has made possible unprecedented economic
well-being.

The beauty of this great Republic is that Americans are able to exercise
constitutionally guaranteed freedoms without fear of government reprisal. In
this land, unlike most others, reasonable people can disagree on issues of
importance without resorting to violence, as was eloquently illustrated
during the 2000 elections. It was for the Constitution, for freedom and the
blessings of liberty that the writer devoted a major portion of his adult
life in the armed service of this great nation.

Schieffer's manifest bewildering, arrogant and ignorant attitude about the
Vietnam War reflects the attitude of many during the sixties and early
seventies. In fact, his and others with similar attitudes grown large
gradually affected the outcome of that war and the loss of 58,000 patriots.

Coalition denies US troops killed

Taliban kill 35 US troops

Saturday November 24, 2001-- Ramadan 08,1422 A.H 
KARACHI: At least 35 personnel of the US Special Forces were killed and many injured in an attack by the Taliban in southern Afghanistan, sources told The News on Friday. 
The sources said 35 bodies have arrived at Jacobabad Airbase, where heavy activity is being witnessed as the US helicopters are busy bringing in bodies and injured from Afghanistan. The Pentagon and the Centcom are very much perturbed over this development and there are reports of immediate measures being contemplated to counter the situation. 
The sources said 10 C-130s are ready to dispatch the bodies to the US. According to sources, the action, which began on Thursday was also backed by helicopter gunships. The US had launched attack against Taliban and al-Qaeda members but were caught by surprise and had to withdraw quickly. The US Embassy and Army sources were tight-lipped about the incident. It is one of the heaviest casualties, suffered by the US Army in one action since they launched attacks against the Taliban. 
The reported killing of 35 US troops appears to be action similar to the previous aborted US heli-borne action carried out in mid-October in which the attacking US troops got pinned down in the face of severe hostile enemy fire. The US troops were caught by surprise. So intense was the attack that the Special Forces personnel had to quickly withdraw without any operational achievement. In that attack one US helicopter crashed in Afghanistan while another 'hit' chopper later crashed along with troops and crew in Pakistan.

Guess the warnings were true. Federal Bill 602P - 5-cents per E-mail sent.
It figures! No more free E-mail! We knew this was coming!! Bill 602P will permit
the Federal Government to charge a 5-cent charge on every delivered E-mail.
Please read the following carefully if you intend to stay online and continue
using E-mail.
The last few months have revealed an alarming trend in the Government of the
United States attempting to quietly push through legislation that will affect
our use of the Internet. Under proposed legislation, the US Postal Service will
be attempting to bill E-mail users out of alternative postage fees.
Bill 602P will permit the Federal Government to charge a 5-cent surcharge on
every e-mail delivered, by billing Internet Service Providers at source.
The consumer would then be billed in turn by the ISP. Washington DC lawyer,
Richard Stepp, is working without pay to prevent this legislation from becoming
law. The US Postal Service is claiming lost revenue, due to the proliferation of
E-mail, is costing nearly $230,000,000 in revenue per year. You may have noticed
their recent ad campaign: There is nothing like a letter. Since the average
person received about 10 pieces of E-mail per day in 1998, the cost of the
typical individual would be an additional 50 cents a day-over $180 per
year-above and beyond their regular Internet costs.
Note that this would be money paid directly to the US Postal Service for a
service they do not even provide. The whole point of the Internet is democracy
and noninterference. You are already paying an exorbitant price for snail mail
because of bureaucratic inefficiency. It currently takes up to 6 days for a
letter to be delivered from coast to coast.
If the US Postal Service is allowed to tinker with E-mail, it will mark the end
of the free Internet in the United States. Congressional representative, Tony
Schnell(r) has even suggested a $20-$40 per month surcharge on all Internet
service above and beyond the governments proposed E-mail charges.
Note that most of the major newspapers have ignored the story the only exception
being the Washingtonian which called the idea of E-mail surcharge a useful
concept who's time has come (March 6th, 1999 Editorial).
Send this E-mail to EVERYONE on your list, and tell all your friends and
relatives to write their congressional representative and say NO to Bill 602P.
PLEASE DO THIS !! It will only take a few moments of your time and could
very well be instrumental in killing a bill we do not want. PLEASE FORWARD!!!

  DEVELOPMENTS IN ECUADOR ARE ALARMING
 
  Stocktonian Troubled During Fact-Finding Trip
 
  While the world is focused on events halfway around the world in
  Afghanistan, a brutal war is raging a scant two hours by plane from
 Miami in
  the mountains and jungles of Colombia.  Unfortunately, the war is not going
  to take a vacation during the Afghan conflict.  Instead, the war in
 Colombia
  continues to grow and intensify, oblivious to events elsewhere.  It is
  spilling over Colombia's borders and threatening to envelop the entire
  northern Andean region of South America.  And Ecuador is becoming more and
  more enmeshed in the conflict.
 
  I returned last month from a two-week American Friends Service Committee
  fact-finding trip to Ecuador and Colombia that looked at this war,
 Ecuador's
  increasing involvement in it and U.S.  policy toward the region.
 
  What I found was disturbing.  I found U.S.-sponsored programs riddled with
  questionable practices, if not outright corruption.  I found widespread
  misrepresentations, if not outright lies and deceit.  I found expensive,
  pie-in-the-sky U.S.-sponsored programs that are not grounded in the
 everyday
  realities of Colombia or Ecuador.
 
  In Ecuador, I visited the coastal city of Manta, where the U.S.  is
 building
  a base to house 400 military personnel.  They are supposed to limit their
  activities to anti-drug efforts, but even policy makers in Washington have
  conceded it's impossible to separate the drug war in Colombia from the
  Colombian military's war against that country's guerrilla armies.
 
  The reaction of the Ecuadorians to the presence of U.S.  military personnel
  in their land varied from alarm to approval, but even base supporters
  questioned the supposed underlying mission of the base.  They conceded that
  ultimately, any war on drugs can only be won on the consumer end of the
  problem -- inside the United States and Europe -- and that previous efforts
  to stamp out drug production in Peru and elsewhere has simply resulted in a
  shift to production locations.
 
  Base supporters admitted they had no background on how the military
 presence
  in similar small, neutral countries adjacent to conflicts in Central
 America
  and Southeast Asia had pulled those countries into their neighbors' wars
  with disastrous results.  Faced with the possibility the U.S.  presence
  would invite cross-border attacks by Colombian guerrillas, base supporters
  offered nothing more than hope that this wouldn't happen.  Such hope is
  doing little to control violence on the Colombia/Ecuador border, which is
  claiming an average of one life per day.
 
  My group met with Miguel Moran, a professor at the university in Manta,
  coordinator of The Tohalli Movement, an organization opposed to the U.S.
  base and author of a book on the base.  Moran painted a vivid picture of a
  military base built on lies, misrepresentations and deceit.
 
  The U.S.  base actually represents an expansion of an existing Ecuadorian
  air base.  According to supporters, no locals were displaced to make room
  for the original base.  But according to Moran and peasant leaders with
 whom
  we met, as many as 2,000 poor families were uprooted.  None of them was
  compensated.  The evidence we saw firsthand supported that assertion.  The
  area surrounding the base is currently inhabited, indicating a
 likelihood of
  previous habitation in the base area.  A security perimeter around the base
  is also forcing local fisherman farther out to sea in small boats that
