Grandfather Government Deficit & Trust Fund Report
(updated February 1999)

By Michael Hodges

I am concerned about rising debt being passed to our younger generation,
and siphoning-off social security surpluses to spend on non-pension stuff.

Some political leaders brag to the general public "we ran a $70 billion
budget surplus in 1998." Also, they say they want to 'save social
security'. Listening to such rhetoric some might think the federal
government has cut general spending so as to produce surpluses, and thereby
save social security. But, that's 'smoke & mirrors' - since they did not
tell you they siphoned-off $190 billion from the trust funds to achieve
that 'accounting gimmick', and spent it all on non-pension stuff - plus
they ran up the debt another $120 billion. Trust in Government and the
future of Social Security cannot be advanced by such actions.

How can they say on one hand they want to save social security - while at
the same time they raid trust fund surpluses - - and spend it all? How can
they claim a budget 'surplus' if at the same time they increase debt?

Do you think we will soon hear the whole story - - the truth - - something
like the following?

Picture the President going on TV and telling the American people: "We have
a new 'truth-in-government policy, more transparency and openness', and
that's why I make this address of 9 points - and add a picture-chart at the
end:

1.When we told you we ran a $70 billion surplus last year we forgot to also
mention federal government debt increased $120 billion in the same year,
despite collecting the highest general tax revenue (as a share of the
economy) in history. I'm sure you understand why politicians would rather
brag about surpluses than to tell you the whole story.
2.If you ask how can we claim a budget surplus when our debt increased $120
billion, I must come clean and tell you we are sorry you ask that pointed
question as that forces me to admit that since debt increased $120 billion
last year this is proof the general government ran a $120 billion deficit
in its operations - - not a surplus. That's a $190 billion swing - -
meaning that claims by political leaders of a $70 billion surplus was a
purposeful mislead (or error) by $190 billion. Some say 'smoke and mirrors'
- maybe they are right.
3.If now you ask from where did we magically get that $190 billion
(equivalent to $700 per man, woman and child in the nation), I must confess
since we wanted to spend more than we had we siphoned-off that amount from
in-coming surpluses to various trust funds, including social security. You
see, last year the trust funds received from citizens $190 billion more in
cash than needed for current trust fund spending - and, since the trust
fund didn't spend it we arranged for the general government to spend it on
other stuff. We recognize there are laws in every state against private
sector firms siphoning-off their pension trust funds for non-pension
spending by the firm, but we in government like to play by different rules
and ethics.
4.For example, last year we siphoned-off $136 billion from the social
security trust fund plus $87 billion out of the federal employees pension
trust and another $40 billion from the federal hospital trust - a total of
$263 billion - - every penny spent on non-pension things. Had we not
consumed that $263 billion on non-pension spending the 1998 deficit would
have been $263 billion higher than stated - - all of which means the
general government budget ran a deficit of $193 billion compared to had we
not raided those trusts, not a $70 billion surplus we claimed to you.
5.Yes, I know you might say when you and your employer paid FICA social
security taxes via payroll deductions last year you thought any surplus of
such taxes over and above what the trust fund had to pay-out in pensions to
current retirees would be kept safe and arms-length in free & clear
marketable assets for future retirees in such a way that you workers (and
your children) would not have to again pay those funds. I recognize it is
possible you thought we would never raid trust funds for spending on other
stuff, especially since we were telling you social security has big
financial problems looming in the near future and we had been yelling 'save
social security first'. But, I'm embarrassed to tell you that those trust
fund surpluses were just too tempting - - and so we spent it all on
non-pension stuff, and its all gone - - and that's how we 'save social
security first.' If you ever want us to pay that back to the trusts then I
must tell you that we don't have the money, its all gone, and you and your
children will either have to pay it to us again in even higher taxes or let
us borrow it again for even higher debt totals. That extra FICA you are
paying is in effect a hidden income tax to enable us to spend it on other
stuff without counting that spending in the budget deficit calculations.

[CTRL] Air Force to court martial...

1999-02-05 Thread Profr. Jerome Steiner A.

Cris:

God created the person. The Supreme Law of the land, created by persons,
created the military. It is not for the clay to dictate to the potter.
Only God has the legitimate right to take away life and man's well being.
This is a fundamental God given right. The militay has NO, I'll repeat...NO,
authority over our basic rights from God. Since, the U.S. Constitution is the
Supreme Law of the land and it affirms these basic rights, even to be above
our Constituion.

Fundamental rights are not given by the Constitution, but,
are "affirmed" for the politicians and bureaucrats to acknowledge, an eternal
reminder. So, no government lackey and traitor nor military cyborg can dictate
a sheople code of ignorance and injustice over his brother. No man can
superimpose his will over another man's God given rights. There are no
excuses.
Period.

These remain always with us. The Law of God being foremost; and the
laws of man as instruments of man, not bludgeons. Liberty is not bought
by any price, other than eternal vigilence...right down to the most basic
principle of honor, love for our neighbor and respect for one's privilege of
self righteousness before God's standard.

Lest we forget:

Proverb 29:2 "When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice:
but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn."

Proverb 29:12 "If a ruler hearken to lies, all his servants are wicked."

If we cannot learn from wisdom and do not heed basic history lessons, as a
nation we will perish from this earth. Self destruction is moving forward
in the U.S. at light speed because we and our neighbors no longer reason
and no more are we vigilent nor honorable.

A nation which is ruled by a perverted coward and dismembers live,
defenseless babies, is a far cry from honor. Give me the court martial,
rather than "wimp out" capitulate. - above all - Give me liberty or give me
death!...P. Henry

LAURAN NEERGAARD is no more qualified to write authoritatively on Aspartane
than any one else on or off the net. By using reverse psychology maybe she
does qualify.

As Lauran is a member of the Fifth Column, so take what she claims and know
the opposite is fact.

Anyone with some God given sense knows their enemies. Try to con a baby or
a dog. Are these more wise than us? Our adversary speaks an inside out
language; but, with only a modicom of alertness and discernment "self
protection" on our part and the double speak always sounds of bells and
whistles, besides the smell of the south forty.

Put aspartane in the same category with: Salt free diets, Free Flu Shots,
All the narcotics a nation can consume, Children's vaccinations, Riddlin,
Prozac, Contrails, Fluoride in our toothpaste, Aluminum in our deodorant
and brains, toxic wastes in our fertilizers, radioactive tailings in our
tobacco crop lands, HIV, Aids, Gulf War Illness, Rat droppings hanta virus,
Flesh eating virus, El Nino, Holes in the Ozone, Hurricane Mitch, Waco, OK
City, TWA800, Democracy ... these are just some of the clever poison pills
and whoppers off the my head.

If that is sanity what is the opposite? Where ever we are at in
civilization, it sure doesn't qualify as heaven...leaving only one other
option. Rest assured, I voted with my feet. I will still be here to defend
my choice long after most others, as wisps of smoke, have long since gone
to Camp Chimney Smoke. I would have remained with other warriors, just
couldn't bring myself to stand alone anymore.

Since doing nothing has not helped john q. public, acting or reacting has
to be an improvement.

Where has common sense and character gone? What is going on in Washington
today gives the Looking Glass new meaning. A nation willing to put the key
to the U.S. nuclear arsenal in the hand of a double speak, babbling,
debauch psychopath, who hasn't drawn a rational breath in his entire life,
they are the real sick-ohs. Being in a majority never made any fool wise.
Just look at what the "polls" are saying. Make sense?

How does any sane person think the Big Brother is going to achieve a 90%
world population reduction without a crash program? Wake up world.

Contrails Mystify, Sicken Americans
By William Thomas

SEATTLE, Washington, January 8, 1999 (ENS) - Contrails spread by fleets of
jet aircraft in elaborate cross-hatched patterns are sparking speculation
and making people sick across the United States.

Washington state resident William Wallace became ill with severe diarrhea
and fatigue after watching several multi-engine jets spend New Year's day
laying cloud lines in an east to west grid pattern. A neighbor working
outside came down with similar symptoms. But their wives, who remained
indoors, suffered no ill effects from the inexplicable maneuvers which
observers liken to high-altitude "crop-dusting" by unidentifed multi-engine
aircraft.

Series of aircraft contrails in a high traffic region over the northern
Gulf of Mexico 1992 (Images courtesy NASA)

Condensation trails, called contrails, are generated at altitudes high
enough for water droplets to freeze in a matter of seconds and not quickly
evaporate - typically where the temperatures are below -38 degrees Celcius.

Contrails can form through the addition of water vapor to the air from the
jet engine exhaust. Even tiny nuclei released in the exhaust fumes may be
sufficient to generate ice crystals, and hence, condensation trails.

Wallace wonders if ethylene dibromide, a highly toxic component of JP-8 jet
fuel, is making people sick. Similar incidents over Las Vegas last year
prompted a US Air Force spokesman to explain that the military aircraft
were "dumping fuel" before landing.

But the strange spray patterns are being reported repeatedly over towns in
Tennessee, Connecticut, New Hampshire, New York, Nevada, Idaho,
Mississippi, Montana, Oklahoma, Washington state and California.

Wallace has been watching formations of high-flying jets weave grid-like
contrails above his home since last summer. Each time, "We get a taste in
our mouth," he reports. He and his wife Ann get "kind of tired and sick,"
having "no energy to do anything."

After plants began dying around his mountain cabin, "I got real sick for
about three weeks," Wallace relates. "My eyes watered. Fluid came out of my
nose. I could hardly move my arm up above my head to comb my hair for about
a week."

Wallace and his wife are not alone in their plight. In March, 1996, Dr.
Greg Hanford bought an expensive camera and binoculars to keep an eye on
jets spraying white bands above his Bakersfield, California home. Hanford
has counted 40 or 60 jets on some "spray days."

"Everybody seems to be getting sick from it," Hanford told ENS. "Hackin'
and coughin' when you really get nailed with this stuff." The dentist, many
of his patients and two receptionists have repeatedly contracted severe
respiratory infections. Hanford's illness lingered for five months despite
courses of four different antibiotics.

"It's really weird," Hanford says. "You think two jets are going to hit
each other - and then they make an X." The dentist says he has sometimes
seen "furry globular balls" spread downwind in a long feather from the
high-flying aircraft.

Unlike normal contrails, which dissipate soon after a lone jet's passage,
video taken by Wallace and Hanford show eerily silent silver jets streaming
fat contrails from their wingtips in multiple, criss-cross patterns. But
instead of dissipating like normal contrails, these white jet-trails
coalesce into broad cloud-bands that gradually occlude crystal clear skies.

"Passenger jets don't make contrails that stay and become clouds," Wallace
observes.

Government officials deny that anything unusual is taking place. When
Hanford called the local airport, tower personnel told him there was
nothing going on." The jets were "just commercial" undergoing
"international flight training."

But a skeptical Hanford responded, "Is the FAA going to allow two jets to
come at each other?"

Pseudo-color, multispectral images taken April 20, 1994 by a NOAA
satellite, reveal a number of contrails over Oklahoma and Kansas.

X'es, overlapping W's and the Roman numeral XII are among the patterns
flown by the mystery aircraft. Last June, Hanford watched four aircraft
spraying in circles to form a perfect bulls-eye. Through his Swaroski
binoculars, Hanford could see what "looked like a 737" painted all-white on
top with an "orangish-red" underbody and red engine cowlings.

Another 727-like aircraft was painted "all-white with a black stripe up the
middle of fuselage." None of the planes carried identifying markings.

Pat Edgar has been watching the jets spraying over eastern Oklahoma since a
sunny day in October, 1977 when as many as 30 contrails gradually occluded
the sky. "They look like they're playing tic-tac-toe up there," he says.
"You know darn well it's not passenger planes."

Edgar says he has watched "cobwebbing stuff coming down" from the
zigzagging jets flying "all day long, line after line, back-and-forth, like
furrows in a far
