I think though you give him too much credit, even if he is not a closet fascist, and you are right that he is against the NWO, I don't think he can dismantle the institutions that are in place should he become President. It may be that the globalists are opposed to him but for different reasons than those you speculate, or it may be a front, who knows? He bears watching in any case. I do not believe that the President has any real power to effect change beyond the purely cosmetic, as the office has been subsumed under the aegis of the corporate/fascist state. All he does must fit within this framework, unless, and until it is dismantled the President must operate within it. To dismantle the paradigm in place requires the destruction of corporate/fascist power in this country which is not likely any time soon, if ever.
