Well Bob Stokes' logic may be faulty, but mine is not.

This is such bullshit. I don't know how many are innocent and neither
do you?
No one holds a gun to someone's head and makes them commit crimes. The
criminals
choose to rob, steal, burgle, sell drugs, and kill because it's easier
than
working for low pay. It's a good choice if they don't get busted or
dead. It's
a bad career move if they do. Generally speaking they are not too
smart.

Not at all. When they harm another human, they don't respect the
rights of their
victem to live peacefully and without fear. It's only just that they
too loose
their rights granted by the society at large if that's what the
society wishes
to do.

Actually every one in prison is innocent. Just ask them.

Actually that's not true either. There is a very high rate of
recidivism. Most of
your palls wind up in prison two and three times. They are of course
innocent each
time they get busted and convicted.
