[Mr. Rodriguez]

After reading the article that Mr. Michael Spitzer
brought to the list (about President WJC saying he
didn't use the Internet - except for online shopping
(?)), and that he used the phone instead, I still
wonder about his knowledge regarding intelligence
communications and espionage. He knows for sure, but:

...does he feels or thinks that his phone is not
tapped? (And in case "this is not happening"...)

Perhaps some people know this already, but does he
think or know the technology some wealthy have already
surpassed the electronic and wire communications years
ago?

One day this 9 years old little boy will take a real
"laugh".

Look up to the skies...

Clinton Jokes About E-Mail Probe

PALO ALTO, Calif. (AP) -- President Clinton made a joke at his
own expense Monday when a 9-year-old boy asked him how he uses
the Internet.

Clinton replied that he has shopped online but doesn't use
electronic mail.

''If I want to talk to my daughter, I pick up the phone,''
Clinton told the crowd at an event where he announced new grants
to improve telecommunications services in poor and minority
communities.

Then, with a rueful laugh, Clinton made a remark that brought to
mind the Justice Department's investigation into thousands of
incoming White House e-mail messages on campaign fund raising and
other matters.

''If you work for the government, you don't use e-mail very much
unless you want it all in the newspapers,'' Clinton said.
