-Caveat Lector- The questions leave a lot to be desired and there are not nearly enough questions to give a good profile. 1. Military service should be voluntary. (No draft) No draft except in wartime if we are being attacked, then anyone refusing the draft should be shot or hung, in public. Also the military should not be run by a draft dodger and not be held back by wimpy civilian control like in Korea or Vietnam, if war is declared, then win it, don't pussyfoot. 2. Government should not control radio, TV, the press or the Internet. Yes and the government should not have any secrets. Truth in government for a change. 3. Repeal regulations on sex for consenting adults. Yes as long as it is in the privacy of their home. 4. Drug laws do more harm than good. Repeal them. Yes, all drugs, I don't want to give some rich doctor $50 so he/she can give me a prescription for antibiotics when I have a bad cold and know I need antibiotics. 5. Let peaceful people cross borders freely. No, then we would have half of Mexico wanting to move here. Economic Issues 1. Businesses and farms should operate without govt. subsidies. Yes with no reservations. 2. People are better off with free trade than with tariffs. Tariffs would be better than the current "free trade" which isn't free at all. I could agree if it was real free trade. 3. Minimum wage laws cause unemployment. Repeal them. Undecided, anyone who works for minimum wage would have a hard time surviving in this country, if they made less they might only make enough money to buy a gun and rob people for a living. 4. End taxes. Pay for services with user fees. This sounds like a good idea to me, I don't use the freebies govt. provides. The $14,000 I pay in income taxes would buy me a lot of services. 5. All foreign aid should be privately funded. Absolutely, let these other countries fend for themselves. Who do you support in the 2000 U.S. Presidential election? No One, none of them, they are all crooked well, maybe Ron Paul, I haven't heard anything bad about him yet. The way I had to answer the questions, I was rated as a Moderate, leaning toward Libertarian. I think of myself as a conservative, a true conservative, not a right wing type, but thinking more liberal as far as personal freedoms are concerned.
