Thanks for the quick update.  Someday I'll be able to understand how to 
use setup.exe.  I'm wondering if that day will come before I pass from 
this earth.  See the other email thread for my tirade on setup.exe.

Can someone please help guide me out of the darkness to see the light?  I 
have not yet had to build these sort of packages from source; why would I 
need to start now?


I also tried pointing setup.exe at the above-downloaded file, with no 
apparent success.  (Again, I find setup.exe extremely difficult to use.)
