Those were all dummy packages containing bzipped 0-byte files that were
replaced with bzipped empty tar files so as to avoid a setup.exe warning
about unknown tar format.  See

It shouldn't be an issue in the future due to
 and due to
the fact that the tar format checking stuff isn't in the released
version of setup.exe.

Hello,

There seem to have been many changed md5sum's recently (timestamps above) under 
_obsolete/ but also under GNOME/, automake/, jpeg/, pkgconfig/.
The replacement *.bz2 files are identical (of size 46 with md5sum 
c616cffee0f344c37fd4e045a7a87054).
All ok?
