Yes. The upstream svn2cl expects to find the XSL files in the same
directory as the script, but I had previously included a patch from
Debian to move that to /etc/svn2cl. When I started packaging 1.7, I
dropped a lot of patches that I was using in 1.6. I accidentally dropped
that patch, too.

subverison-tools-1.7.3-2 is available now with that patch restored.

Question: XSL files, being more like configuration files than
executables, would go in either the main /etc directory or an etc/
subdirectory, correct?

Thanks for the report. I mistakenly dropped a patch to fix that when I
packaged 1.7. I'll do a new release shortly.
