Thanks for the patch, but I found the wikipedia article rather dry and
unappetizing.  The Bill Dennis essay I used to point to was much better.
I'm going to look for another good TANSTAAFL essay -- in the meantime,
I've redirected the link to the Internet Archive snapshot of the essay.

Thanks for the link, Jonathan.  For some reason, it doesn't work for me in
Netscape 4.7 (yes, I still use that dinosaur occasionally).  However, I've
just found that the archive.org link doesn't work in Netscape either (in
fact, hangs it), so I've updated the OLOCA with yours, and will work with
the webmasters to fix their server (I'm getting a bad request error on a
CSS script).
