Yes, these are now SHA512 checksums instead of MD5.

Just done a check on md5sums in setup.ini setup-timestamp: 1428012611
Usually the entries are of the style
filename filesize md5sum
but in setup.ini setup-timestamp: 1428012611 (and also I see earlier, so this 
is not entirely recent) there are entries of the form
install: x86/release/dos2unix/dos2unix-7.2.1-1.tar.xz 218200 d873 . . . . 54c3 
(128 characters)
source: x86/release/dos2unix/dos2unix-7.2.1-1-src.tar.xz 409100 5db5 . . . .
