What I further need for building qscintillaplugin
other than libQtCore4-devel libQtGui4-devel ?


libQtDesigner4-devel.

Marco Atzeri needs QScintilla2 for the new GUI in the upcoming version
of GNU Octave[1].  So, here it is:
