Hi all,
A few months ago I reported a packaging problem with joe, which render
non-functional the syntax highlighting modules.
Last month someone else reported the same problem[1], and, while I
managed to help solving the specific problem, I think it would be much
better that a repackage take place, so that this wonderful editor
leaves this 'crippled' state.
I also noticed that the current 'upstream' version of joe is already
3.7 (two releases ahead of this package).
So, what I really wanted to know is what is the right thing to
do(tm) to fix joe:
a) Nothing. This heads-up will somewhat wake joe's keepers;
b) Something. Like, PTC (With P=Packages, in this incarnation :);
c) Everything. Like, PTC + ITA, if that is applicable.
