Does not help om Windows Server 2003R2 (still 99 % on exit). Not really, but i can confirm that behaviour. I'm using XWin -query to get an XDMCP session, and neither a logoff nor a windows close work. I get 100% cpu load and have to kill it. By the way, if vista changes from aero to basic XWin goes to 100% load too, and minimizes its window. Re: XWin.exe will not exit gracefully on Vista
Yes, I see similar symptoms. I fired up a game that works fine with xwin running on XP but on Vista it hangs all the windows and I have to kill xwin again.
