The current release is xorg-x11-6.8.1.0-3

There are only few changes with clipboard handling between the releases
(actually only a fix for unicode cutpaste) but it would be good to see
if the upgrade fixes your problem

Does cutpaste from X11 to windows work? Some mouse drivers map the middle
mouse button to special events and don't send the middle button pressed
message.

Please send the complete XWin.log output.

workstation.  When I execute xwin, I get an awful-looking window, with
horizontal gray lines flickering annoyingly across the screen, which
is pretty much entirely taken up by this window.  There's a big black
