Abstract: A recent wave of scholarship attests that the liberal world order is 
under threat.While there is disagreement about the underlying reasons for this 
diagnosis, there are fewattempts to further our understanding of how the 
liberal order can be reinvigorated. Thisarticle probes the potential of 
blockchain technology to promote international cooperation. 
Blockchain technology is a data structure that enables global governance 
stakeholders toestablish decentralized governance systems which provide 
high-powered incentives forenhanced cooperation. By outlining the contours of a 
blockchain-based global governancesystem for climate policy, the article 
illustrates that blockchain technology holds theoreticalpromise to foster 
cooperation in three ways: leveraging new sources of information 
throughblockchain-based prediction markets; allaying coordinating problems 
through reducing thecost of transactions for side payments; and allowing states 
and other global governance actorsto make more credible commitments given 
guaranteed execution of blockchain-enabled smartcontracts. 
By empowering local knowledge holders and non-state actors that 
traditionallylacked the means to coordinate efforts to influence global 
politics, blockchain technology alsopromises to advance an international order 
based on liberal values. In actuality, however,emerging blockchain-based global 
governance systems will fall short of the libertarian idealof ‘fully-automated 
liberalism’ as their design and operation will remain under the shadow ofpower.

“I gathered all vaccine ingredients into a list and contacted Poison
Control. After intros and such, and asking to speak with someone tenured
and knowledgeable, this is the gist of that conversation.

Me: My question to you is how are these ingredients categorized? As benign
or poison? (I ran a few ingredients, formaldehyde, Tween 80, mercury,

He: Well, that's quite a list... But I'd have to easily say that they're
all toxic to humans... Used in fertilizers... Pesticides... To stop the

categories, but pretty much poisons. Why?

Me: If I were deliberately to feed or inject my child with these
ingredients often, as a schedule, obviously I'd put my daughter in harm's
way... But what would legally happen to me?

He: Odd question... But you'd likely be charged with criminal negligence...
perhaps with intent to kill... and of course child abuse... Your child
would be taken away from you... Do you know of someone's who's doing this
to their child? This is criminal...

Me: An industry... These are the ingredients used in vaccines... With
binding agents to make sure the body won't flush these out... To keep the
antibody levels up indefinitely...

He: WHAT?!

Your conclusion?

The man was beside himself. He asked if I would email him all this
information. He wanted to share it with his adult kids who are parents. He
was horrified and felt awful he didn't know... his kids are vaccinated and
they have health issues...”

Cecilia, I have read your kind, tolerant email.  I haven't read coderman's
weak points: it's sad if he also built rape culture here.  When I met
coderman online around 2014 I was reaching out for help, I said "people are
being raped" and described being harassed and driven crazy into
homelessness, and he backed me up in public that it was real.

I hope you are well, and hope to learn to grieve the pain your community
bears from my shares.

I do care a lot about a neurosurgeon  - he used to be one of my best
friends before his marriage -  and the innocent surgeon who thinks I am a
rational person.  Sweet boy.

My best friend for years and years was an addicted doctor, Mirimir.  That's
the reason why I learned a bit about chemicals, my love.  He committed
suicide and my world became stranger than ever for a considerable time.

You know I do hate lies and labels, but I was "his sweet high school
girlfriend" in public.  In real private life, he was gay and had more
boyfriends than me and all my friends together.  But you know, he was a
successful doctor and needed a perfect image: - white, male, hetero...  He
was buried using an Armani suit and red roses, our favorite flowers.  I
still love him and miss this fucking bitch a lot.

researches about him.  :D

Don't feel jealous, my love.  I think _he_ has the _same_ preferences than
me in several areas.  Well, never asked about it.  Sorry, he is the guy who

My body was/is so fucking healthy that most of doctors simply said it was
stress, maybe psychological pain...  Sorry, my body and I never were needy
enough for pretending to be sick for getting attention.  And, well, I do
love my body.  It survived to real sick shit and is keeping me alive very,
very well.  Amazing healing capacity, wow...

Something was wrong and now I know what is and it makes me pretty happy.  I
can't fix it by myself, but life is funnier than ever because I know I
won't die:  I will run on beaches again, watching the sea and the sun
rising, darling.

(I just need to win a judicial battle first...  'Meh' things, you know.  I
am wasting my precious time with bureaucracy, aff...)

  Phase 2 – Destabilization

becoming intrusive in the lives of its citizens. This can take from two to five 
years to perform, again with the active support of academia pushing youth in

faith.

  The Main point he makes it all starts by the act of trying to legislate 
equality rather than understanding the fundamental that not all are born equal. 
Once this process starts there has to be a third party who has to legislate 
this equality and that usually is the government. Once you create an atmosphere 
of information where people who are deemed unequal have to be made equal by law 
is where you lay the foundation of discontent. These negative feedback loops 
are taken advantage of by politicians and this ultimately leads to critical 
mass of discontent. Once a society is this fragile it takes one catalyst to 
spark the flame which starts engulfing the system.

was the best approach. And while Sweden could still experience sporadic 
outbreaks that might kill another 2 to 300 people, any recurrence of the
