Cryptocurrency: US And Govts Suicidally Sowing The Seeds Of The Crypto Revolt That Will End World Govts
Freedom is getting VERY pissed off with the USA and Govts around the world... when the mass of Commoners get angry with what Govts are doing, with the Oppression and Destruction of their Human Freedom, they revolt. The CryptoRevolution is coming, soon. Be ready to fight, for Freedom. Honestly - bash the US government by TemporaryCitron9271 As for me, what has been going on lately is one big manipulation. And once again caused by the US. I don't know what exactly it aims at but it certainly doesn't help people and even hits them. I hope things will quickly turn around. And laws regarding cryptocurrencies if any more should be addressed and discussed in the international market. In the casino - you can leave money, drugs in the states - as much as possible, disrespect for the environment in the states - as much as possible. Re: Dishonest Tor relay math question - tor-talk is to lazy
> Tor design has stayed 25 years old, while threats advanced light years, yet > Tor Project Incorporated chooses silence refusing to even publicly > speculating on design weakness in such wide public needed and vocal manner > so as to inform warn users of some real issues. "Tor Stinks -- NSA, vulns known since before 2012" Tor Project Incorporated (TPI) has been putting users at risk since decade[s]. Yet people still refuse to listen, and to act to publicly call them out on it, and to act and design and deploy better networks. And they still refuse to listen even when heavy hitters like Snowden tell them that speculating and facting on decades worth of advancements is very prudent to do now. And top TPI people will refuse to post about or directly acknowledge without weaseling away what Snowden is saying and how it relates to tor. He doesn't directly note these two areas, but the idea that Network Analysis and Sybil have not also far advanced in 10 years... is dangerously stupid and must be addressed. ps: TPI's continued censorship of all these threads off their lists proves that the Tor Project is corrupt and must now be confronted and countered in public by the public. Snowden Warns Today's Surveillance Technology Makes 2013 Look Like "Child's Play" Authored by Julia Conley via CommonDreams.org, "We trusted the government not to screw us," said Edward Snowden. "But they did. We trusted the tech companies not to take advantage of us. But they did. That is going to happen again, because that is the nature of power." With this week marking 10 years since whistleblower Edward Snowden disclosed information to journalists about widespread government spying by United States and British agencies, the former National Security Agency contractor on Thursday joined other advocates in warning that the fight for privacy rights, while making several inroads in the past decade, has grown harder due to major changes in technology. "If we think about what we saw in 2013 and the capabilities of governments today," Snowden told The Guardian, "2013 seems like child's play." Snowden said that the advent of commercially available surveillance products such as Ring cameras, Pegasus spyware, and facial recognition technology has posed new dangers. As Common Dreams has reported, the home security company Ring has faced legal challenges due to security concerns and its products' vulnerability to hacking, and has faced criticism from rights groups for partnering with more than 1,000 police departmentsβincluding some with histories of police violenceβand leaving community members vulnerable to harassment or wrongful arrests. Law enforcement agencies have also begun using facial recognition technology to identify crime suspects despite the fact that the software is known to frequently misidentify people of colorβleading to the wrongful arrest and detention earlier this year of Randal Reid in Georgia, among other cases. Last month, journalists and civil society groups called for a global moratorium on the sale and transfer of spyware like Pegasus, which has been used to target dozens of journalists in at least 10 countries. Protecting the public from surveillance "is an ongoing process," Snowden told The Guardian on Thursday. "And we will have to be working at it for the rest of our lives and our children's lives and beyond." In 2013, Snowden revealed that the U.S. government was broadly monitoring the communications of citizens, sparking a debate over surveillance as well as sustained privacy rights campaigns from groups like Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) and Fight for the Future. "Technology has grown to be enormously influential," Snowden told The Guardian on Thursday. "We trusted the government not to screw us. But they did. We trusted the tech companies not to take advantage of us. But they did. That is going to happen again, because that is the nature of power." Last month ahead of the anniversary of Snowden's revelations, EFF noted that some improvements to privacy rights have been made in the past decade, including: The sunsetting of Section 215 of the PATRIOT Act, which until 2020 allowed the U.S. government to conduct a dragnet surveillance program that collected billions of phone records; The emergence of end-to-end encryption of internet communications, which Snowden noted was "a pipe dream in 2013"; The end of the NSA's bulk collection of internet metadata, including email addresses of senders and recipients; and Rulings in countries including South Africa and Germany against bulk data collection. The group noted that privacy advocates are still pushing Congress to end Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, which permits the warrantless surveillance of Americans' communications, and "to take privacy seriously," particularly as tech companies expand spying capabilities. "Despite calls over the last few years for federal legislation to

Cryptocurrency: The Right To Privacy Far Outweighs All Other Considerations
The privacy that coins like Monero give far outweighs all the illegal uses of it, everyone has a right to privacy that shouldn't be taken away After seeing Binance disable privacy coins in multiple countries, I think it's important to keep in mind that governments do have a good reason for banning these coins, as a lot of illegal activity is made easier and hidden this way. But banning it takes away something more, namely the privacy that everyone has a right to, and this is just a trade off that comes with privacy and freedom of finances. Nothing comes without its downsides, it's more about the evaluation of pros and cons and seeing if the pros outweigh the cons. It simply has more benefits than the harm it does. In this case it's something that everyone should have the right to, Privacy. I don't think this is even worth evaluation, as it's so easy to see that the right of privacy far outweighs all the cons that comes with it, with all the hidden and illegal activity. So I can't believe that they don't even hesitate to take action against coins that give privacy as if it's a threat. I'm still curious to hear if anyone has any good arguments as well against it. jump to content my subreddits edit subscriptions popular -all -random -users | AskReddit -funny -worldnews -pics -todayilearned -mildlyinteresting -news -gaming -movies -explainlikeimfive -aww -tifu -videos -TwoXChromosomes -Jokes -Art -LifeProTips -OldSchoolCool -Music -nottheonion -Futurology -Showerthoughts -dataisbeautiful -books -IAmA -askscience -science -space -nosleep -food -photoshopbattles -DIY -gifs -gadgets -WritingPrompts -sports -creepy -history -GetMotivated -announcements -InternetIsBeautiful -Documentaries -EarthPorn -philosophy -UpliftingNews -listentothis -blog more Β» CryptoCurrency comments Want to join? Re: Cryptocurrency: CBDC Digital Fiat WARNING BELLS GOING OFF
Brace for "Dependence Day" as FedNow CBDC launches in July Prepare yourselves for an impending "Dependence Day" as the launch of FedNow Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) looms on the horizon this July. While it may appear as a step towards financial independence at first glance, we must confront the potential repercussions lurking beneath the surface. Rather than celebrating true "Independence Day," the introduction of a CBDC raises alarming questions about privacy, financial autonomy, and the consolidation of power within centralized entities. It is imperative that we delve into these concerns and collectively examine the potential ramifications of this upcoming digital currency. All too often, what they claim to be for internal-only non-user-facing usage, ends up being enhanced and forced out upon end-users later. If it looks anything like a currency or currency infrastructure, it or some CBDC like it will be rolled out larger eventually. "CBDC = government spying on us" "This is the point that needs to be hammered home every time this topic comes up. With a CBDC there is no more privacy, the government will be able to see every transaction you make. Not only that they will be able to freeze/seize your assets much easier than they can now." "With CBDC, they will also be able control what you can or cannot buy with the currency. It will give them 100% control of everything. We need to fight it at every turn!"

https://twitter.com/RepMattGaetz/status/1666963137646436358 https://rumble.com/v2t5day-system-update-show-96.html Trump Indictment: One of many Internet theories in evidence, summary... "I'm going after the Deep State! -- Trump, 2016 Announcement "I want the killing to stop! -- Trump, re: Ukraine, during the war" Trump kept the "secret war risks docs" to expose the Deep State Pol-MICs for suggesting that he go to war, as an "I told you so" or a "Stop war" especially if they did so in the future (Ukraine, Iran, etc?), thus exculpating himself and his no war order with docs he wouldn't be able to get after his term... at least not for a minor war hawks operation gone minorly wrong... as the prior hero for ordering no war, and thus forever damning the Deep State Military Industrial Complex Democrats and War Hawks in the process for not following the Govt's own various internal risks assessments and getting countless people perhaps untold millions killed. Trump was going to expose high crime, and committed no crime. The DOJ FBI and Deep State CIA Media Leak-Fake-News Regime literally exposed their own corruption and that of the War Hawks in the indictment pg 15~16. Seemingly they brought the war suggestion, then fake-contexted twisted-news'd his possible "might order an attack" comment in the general convo discussion question of it, as retribution for his ultimately shutting them down by ordering it not to occur. His recorded convo context would show the "perfect call" of that time. Biden crime family did commit high crimes, but the corrupt biased and owned news media refused to cover Joe's corrupt criminal $5 Million bribe shown in the whistleblower informant forms to protect his son from criminal prosecution on corruption, failed to investigate Hunter selling Joe's docs out of his rental house, failed to prosecute criminal election influence conspiracies, donor influence fraud, 2020 street violence criminals, etc. But they did release and cover Trump indictment the very next day with more criminal conspiratorially coordinated undue election influence, and typical story inflation. Glenn Greenwald @ggreenwald The mere mention by Trump that he thought Hillary should be prosecuted caused shrieks of indignation - fascism!! abuse of the justice system!! - by the very same people who have spent the last year cheering every Trump indictment by Dem prosecutors/Biden-DOJ and demanding more: Michael Tracey @mtracey Everyone who was sentient from 2017-2021 knows if the Trump DOJ had indicted Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, or Joe Biden for *any reason at all* -- doesn't matter the details -- it would have been wall-to-wall blaring that the country had disintegrated into apocalyptic Fascism
