Rebalanced-RSA-CRT
hi, I am a little confused after reading this: http://www.rsasecurity.com/rsalabs/cryptobytes/CryptoBytes_January_2002_final.pdf RSA-CRT decryption is nearly four times faster than using only modular exponentiation for decryption. Is Rebalanced-RSA-CRT three times faster in decryption than RSA decryption only using modular exponentiation or is it three times faster than RSA-CRT in decryption? Thanks, Sarad. __ Do you Yahoo!? Prospect of secure private nets causing German police alarm
The Internet in the year 2010 will be fully anonymous and encrypted. In the parallel world there will be no way to ensure security and order. Even today we only find those that are lazy or stupid. In the future there wont be one Internet, but many small, closed, private networks that are concealed and defended against any intrustion from authorities. Anyone thinking about defending privacy in cyberspace effectively supports criminals and terrorists. -- Harald Lemke, Assistant Secretary, Hessian Ministry of the Interior http://www.heise.de/newsticker/meldung/58311 [The quote is not from the article but the article talks about that quote]

But he said the ID card bill would be included in the Labour Party's manifesto, published early next week, and would be an early priority for the next Parliament should Labour win the election. Clarke blamed the Tories for the failure of the bill. He said their lack of support forced him to ditch the bill. The Tories rejected this and pointed out that the government chose how much legislation to include in the Queen's speech as well as the date of the General Election.® -- - R. A.
